A standard Wash & Dry takes approximately 15-20 minutes, while our premium Wash & Shampoo service takes 30-45 minutes. We'll give you an estimated time when you book.

It's completely up to you! We only need you present at the start to hand over keys and discuss any specific requirements. If you choose to stay and chat while we work, we'd be delighted to offer you complimentary refreshments including soft drinks, tea, or coffee. Alternatively, you're welcome to leave and return when we're finished.

We monitor weather conditions closely. If rain is forecast, we'll contact you to reschedule. Light drizzle won't stop us, but heavy rain means we'll arrange a better time for optimal results.

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Free Cancellations: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to one hour before your scheduled time.

Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within one hour of your appointment may incur a £3 administrative fee. However, if you contact us directly at 07503 254583 and provide a valid reason for the cancellation, this fee will be waived at our discretion.

First-Time Courtesy: We extend a one-time courtesy waiver for first-time customers who need to cancel within the one-hour window. Subsequent short-notice cancellations may be subject to the £3 fee.

Rescheduling: Appointment rescheduling is available free of charge up to one hour before your scheduled time. We're committed to finding a convenient alternative time that works for you.

Weather-Related Changes: Should we need to reschedule due to adverse weather conditions, no fees will apply. We will work with you to arrange the next suitable appointment at no additional cost.
